StopWater Premium is a ANTI-MOISTURE TREATMENT for walls prior to painting; also it acts like consolidator. It is a temporary barrier that retains moisture of the wall through capillarity, filtration or condensation. The product is degraded by the high pH of Graphenstone® paint.
